You pay a flat monthly or annual subscription fee. Postage costs are separate and billed through your store's postage wallet.

Yes — every new subscription starts with a 30-day free trial. No charge until the trial ends. Cancel anytime.

Labels are purchased through your store's postage wallet. You fund the wallet and labels are deducted at carrier cost. Your subscription plan markup is added on top as your store's revenue.

Yes. StagShip uses bank-level encryption, secure authentication, and is built on enterprise-grade infrastructure. Your store data is never shared with third parties.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
